With every order you place over £500 in our Bosta online shop, you will receive Waterpoints. The bigger the order, the more points, so accumulating orders pays off. You'll automatically receive 25 welcome points when signing up.

One month prior to the end of the Waterpoints year, you will receive a one-time Waterpoints bonus based on your qualifying online turnover of the past 12 months.

Waterpoints will be awarded on the GBP value of your Bosta orders using the exchange rate at the time of invoice.

How will I be updated about my points?

Earned Waterpoints are added to your account every month. As soon as the points have been credited to your account, you will receive a notification by e-mail. We will also keep you informed about the latest updates, new promotions, and gifts available from the gift shop range!

How do I redeem my points?

Your earned Waterpoints can be redeemed directly for gifts in the Waterpoints gift shop. Have you seen something you’d like but don’t have enough Waterpoints yet? No problem, you can set this gift as a savings goal! Click on the heart and the gift will then be visible in My favourite gifts.

Where can I check my current Waterpoints balance?

At the top right of the Waterpoints portal you can see how many points you have earned. If you would like a detailed overview of your saved points, go to My Waterpoints.

How do I order items from the gift shop?

The various categories and items are displayed in the gift shop. If you wish to order a product or service, click on "Add to cart". If you have made a mistake or changed your mind, you can remove the selected item from the shopping cart. Click on "Place order" when you've made your selection, after which the order is complete and the ordered products will be sent to you.

Can I exchange my points for cash?

Not at this time. You can only redeem your points for the items or services in the Waterpoints program as shown in the gift shop.

What to do if my gift arrives damaged?

If upon receipt of your item it is damaged or defective, please keep all packaging and contact the Waterpoints helpdesk at +44 (0) 1189 734 422 or by e-mail at waterpoints@procurement.ltd.uk. They will be pleased to advise and assist you.
