The Rain Bird manifold type RB1300 is used with male valves.
These manifold systems are ideal for installing in the valve box where space is limited. The Rain Bird RB1300 PVC manifold system has female connectors and therefore should be used with male valves.
The manifold system has been specially designed with a telescopic system and with big o-rings in order to allow valve exchange without any additional work and without using teflon tape for the assembly.
